Our hope is that our clients get to have upbeat experiences that never fade from memory, gained through our professional and fun-loving team.
We care deeply about the world we live in and view the spaces in which we have the privilege to be active as extremely precious and fragile. We continually strive to heighten environmental awareness through our activities and information provided to clients, all the time limiting our impact on the environment. We will do our best to encourage you to do the same.
The Paddle Experience team is well equipped to take you on your paddling journey through its once-off and repeat activities, allowing you to tick the tours and packages off in your bucket list as you complete them.
Each member of our team has special attributes that contribute synergistically to the EXPLORE, ADVENTURE and LEARN components of our offering. This spans the day you first venture onto the water to perfecting your stroke once you become more serious about your paddling endeavours.

He created The Paddle Mag in 2016, an online magazine dedicated to supporting and growing the paddling community locally and internationally.
With his passion for the sport, combined with his patience to share with others, Terrence leads the EXPLORE and ADVENTURE activities.
Kevin comes from a surfski background. He is motivated by technique and boat speed, and can often be seen on the water perfecting his stroke and working on his fitness. He has authored six books on surfski, ranging from safety at sea to paddling downwind.
These provide cohesive and comprehensive reference material on all aspects of paddling. With the books and his accumulated technical and practical know-how, Kevin leads the LEARN initiative.
Ian brings extensive downwind paddling expertise into the team. He has considerable experience in both K1 and surfski paddling, having completed the Berg River Marathon and Cape Point Challenges several times, usually towards the front of the field. He can often be seen in time trials, pulling at the front of the bunch.
Coming from an integrated canoeing and windsurfing background, Ian is well versed with the nuances of sea and wind, and the safety issues that accompany strong to extreme conditions. He will be leading Paddle Experiences DOWNWIND offerings.
